Try using your touch key override, DX200 (standard), YX1000, ZX500, ZX400 (optional)
Try using your pin code override (ZX500, ZX400, ZX55, ZX60, ZX60-X, YX1000, AT55, ZX55, ZX60)
If the above does not solve your problem call the fitment centre who fitted the alarm / immobiliser system.
